In 1898, the Prieur family settled on Ch\u00e2teau du Clau\u2019s estate. A rough but generous land for whoever can cherish it.

First Orchards<\/p>\n\t\t

After several harsh winters, the orchards offer exceptional crops, an apple with unique aromatic tones resulting from a meticulous selection.<\/p>\n\t\t

The Presses<\/p>\n\t\t

While perpetuating the best of our tradition, Chateau du Clau combines handicraft with technical advances and is firmly committed to modernity, as it steadily improves its harvesting and pressing techniques. The first presses for mild extraction are installed.<\/p>\n\t\t
