After several harsh winters, the orchards offer exceptional crops, an apple with unique aromatic tones resulting from a meticulous selection.
While perpetuating the best of our tradition, Chateau du Clau combines handicraft with technical advances and is firmly committed to modernity, as it steadily improves its harvesting and pressing techniques. The first presses for mild extraction are installed.
